Policy & Terms

Laundry Guidelines 

Services are based on standard 13

gallon bags. Bags must be securely

tied & not torn or overfilled. Additional fees may apply for oversized or damaged bags.

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

We understand that emergencies happen and kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling request be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled date.

​

​Missed pickups - including instances where laundry is not available without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit to cover time and travel.

​

​Same-day cancellations or rescheduling request will be subject to a service fee of $25.
