Services Overview
Heights Laundry Company provides wash, dry, fold, hand and delivery laundry services, as well as optional dry cleaning pickup and drop-off services upon request.

All laundry services are provided by pickup and delivery only. We do not operate a walk-in storefront.
Pickup & Delivery Policy
Pick up Hours are Monday - Friday from 4 a.m. - 8 a.m.
​
Customers must have laundry securely bagged and placed in a designated pickup location (such as a porch) during the selected pickup window.

Delivery Timeline: Laundry is typically returned the following business day after pickup between 4 a.m. - 8 a.m.
​
Delivery times may vary based on volume, weather, or special request. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Bag Requirements
One bag is defined as one standard 13 gallon trash bag. Bags must be securely tired. No overstuffing, rips, or tears. Additional bags must be booked and paid for separately.

Heights Laundry Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if bags do not meet these requirements.
Pricing & Payments
Laundry services are priced per bag. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Remaining balances are due upon delivery. Add-ons are charged per bag where applicable.

Prices are clearly displayed during booking. By completing a booking, you agree to selected service price and any add-ons chosen.​​​​

Add-on prices are listed during booking and added to your total.
Dry Cleaning Pickup & Drop-Off Policy
Heights Laundry Company offers dry cleaning pick up and drop-off as a convenience service only. They dry cleaning service cost charged by the cleaner are not included. Customers are responsible for all cleaning charges set by the dry cleaner. Payment for dry cleaning service is handled directly with the cleaner.

We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or turnaround times of third-party dry cleaning providers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies happen and kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling request be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled date.
​
​Missed pickups - including instances where laundry is not available without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit to cover time and travel.
​
​Same-day cancellations or rescheduling request will be subject to a service fee of $25.
Damage & Liability
While we take great care with all items, Heights Laundry Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages, items left in pockets, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, and or damage caused by third party cleaners.
